100 Days of Prayer (s22): Days 22-28

Begin with the prayer below, then go to the prayer for the day.
God of wisdom and mercy, grant us patience to listen; compassion to be open to other views and opinions; generosity to forgive and grace to change. As you taught us to love our dear neighbor, we pray that you give us strength to be healing instruments of unity and reconciliation.
Day 22: Sunday, February 9
We pray fervently for a re-start to lite-saving international aid, such as USAID. May we raise our voice as one and demand that the U.S. honor its commitments to our precious siblings who have benefited from such aid.
Day 23: Monday, February 10
Comforting One, we are heartbroken by the images and stories of those returning to their homes in Gaza. We pray that the international community assists those whose lives have been devastated. May they receive prompt medical, nutritional, and re-building services.
Day 24: Tuesday, February 11
We pray to You, Creator, that in this time of administrative chaos, we remain trong and grounded in Your justice. May we re-double our efforts to protect he rights of everyone, especially those who are at risk financially and sociall from unjust and illegal policy changes.
Day 25: Wednesday, February 12
We pray for the tragic loss of life and civil unrest in Goma, DRC, Haiti, and other parts of the world. May governments work for the fullness of life for all their citizens. May rebel groups put down their arms and work together with communities, human rights activists, and leaders to bring peace to all people.
Day 26: Thursday, February 13
All of creation lives, moves, and has their being in You. May our government honor its long-standing protections under the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts to protect all species from planned dirty energy extraction that will put vital ecosystems at risk.
Day 27: Friday, February 14
We pray for all those aftected by immigration raids that are causing terror and anxiety. We pray that the God of Comfort encircles those who are in fear of deportation, and those who may be targeted based on their appearance or country of
Day 28: Saturday, February 15
God of Resilience, we pray for all those recovering from climate-change driven disasters, such as Hurricane Helene and wildfires in California. May humanity re-double its efforts to lower use of polluting energy, transition to a just economy, and avert the worst of future calamities.
